Rillet is seeking an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. You will focus on post-sales hiring across our GTM organization, including accounting and finance talent. The majority of your time will be spent sourcing and outreach, while also owning a smaller portion of the candidate funnel through the recruiting process. Responsibilities include finding exceptional talent, mapping companies and talent markets, understanding what motivates candidates, and engaging them in a thoughtful, personalized way. You will work directly with candidates from initial screens through the interview process and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to sharpen your talent judgment and improve results. The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 in New York City and San Francisco. Final compensation within this range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
