The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and help drive the execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, costs and resources; supervising site teams and subcontractors to meet time, quality and safety targets; reviewing methods, materials and equipment to minimise wastage; assisting in the review of contracts, tenders and construction documentation; coordinating procurement and tracking potential delays; ensuring construction drawings reflect the As-Built condition; supporting training and performance development of site personnel; taking ownership of quality-related matters including method statements, testing and certification; coordinating commissioning activities; and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and company procedures.
