Advocates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support residential services and perform, coordinate, and monitor designated programmatic clinical and administrative functions for BH Residential Services in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role involves participating in treatment planning, documenting progress, delivering interventions, coordinating with program staff and other service providers, and supervising direct care staff. The Assistant Program Manager will supervise overnight staff as delegated, provide leadership to the program team during shifts or in the supervisor's absence, and ensure a clean, safe, home-like living environment while keeping paperwork, reports, and trainings up to date. The starting rate is $20.25 per hour. Qualifications include a BA/BS in a related field with 1 year of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to read and communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; and demonstrated cultural competence.
