Responsibilities

• Direct bakery department staff to meet goals and objectives.
• Manage bakery operations when the bakery team lead is not on duty.
• Communicate with the bakery team lead, store director, and bakery specialist.
• Order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Execute and support all sales and merchandising initiatives.
• Serve as department leader, role model, coach, and trainer for the team.
• Ensure compliance with health department and weights and measures requirements.
• Monitor product pricing, signage, shelf tags, and placement.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly check stand, sales counter, and production areas.
• Take customer orders, ensuring orders are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
