Area Manager
Our area managers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They are on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores, acting as mentors to merchandisers within their assigned area; providing troubleshooting tactics, training, and ongoing support. They work closely with Territory Managers to support new and current merchandisers, identifying opportunities to drive volume and sales. Who We're Looking For - A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting, preferably as a lead or supervisor - Someone who is comfortable in changing environments - Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: 1) Standing and walking 3-8hrs 2) Lifting to 50 lbs 3) Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements - Possesses excellent organizational skills with ability to schedule your time efficiently - A strong communicator with the ability to build re
