In this role you will sit with stakeholders to scope the real problem, architect the system, build it, integrate it with enterprise infrastructure, deploy to production, and iterate until it delivers. You will be the technical face of Linkt to the client—engineer, consultant, and product owner in one. What you’ll do: design and ship LLM-powered systems in production, including agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, voice agents, and evaluation infrastructure; embed with client teams and run working sessions with executives and staff engineers to translate business problems into deliverable solutions; integrate with enterprise stacks such as CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, legacy APIs; harden prototypes into production with evaluations, observability, guardrails, and monitoring; own delivery timelines, demos, client communication, and outcomes; feed learnings back into Linkt’s internal platform, playbooks, and tooling.
