About the role

Neptune North is launching a new initiative called AI Foundry, a suite of AI-augmented, highly customizable multi-tenant business applications. We are forming a team of versatile, entrepreneurial technology professionals who will build, deploy and manage AI Foundry products to save time, improve user experience, and reduce costs for high-value clients in the financial services domain. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to orchestrate the full lifecycle of software delivery, coordinating the transition of each product from initial single-client rollout through to broader commercial exploitation. The role combines elements of product ownership, product management and delivery management.

Key responsibilities include: - Own the end-to-end product roadmap for AI Foundry, our AI-native application delivery platform, aligning priorities across commercial and engineering teams - Act as the primary product point of contact for senior client stakeholders across our financial services and defence engagements, translating complex business needs into a clear, actionable product vision - Partner closely with the internal engineering team to define, sequence and prioritise the backlog, balancing client commitments against platform scalability and reusability - Lead product discovery for new AI Foundry capabilities - Define and track success metrics such as adoption, performance and business value for AI Foundry initiatives, reporting progress to leadership and client sponsors - Manage the trade-off between bespoke client requirements and building a reusable, multi-tenant
