OneStream is seeking an AI Engineer for a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States with multiple office locations including Birmingham, MI; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY. The AI Product and Engineering team bridges AI research and AI products to deliver tangible value across the OneStream platform, with focus areas including time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing. Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications and services; implementing robust AI systems with optimal performance; troubleshooting across the full stack; leading technical design sessions; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and continuously learning best coding practices and latest AI technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CS/DS/EE/CE background; 1–3 years of production-level ML experience; 1–3 years of strong programming experience in Python, C++, C, C#, Java, Rust, or Go. Preferred: experience with web services and API frameworks (Flask, FastAPI); knowledge of distributed systems and Azure cloud. Other qualifications: self-starter, fast learner, strong communication, ability to present to peers and occasionally to C-level executives.
