We are entering a phase where product development, customer onboarding, go-to-market activities and organizational readiness must come together. Role: We are looking for an Agile Project Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to help drive this NextGen phase. You will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on planning, coordination and follow-up across development teams, while also driving the broader NextGen go-to-market and organizational rollout across sales, marketing, customer service and other parts of the organization. A key part of the job is ensuring alignment across tracks and making dependencies, risks and decisions visible early. You will report to the Director of Innovation & Technology and collaborate with a product and development organization of 15+ people.
