Position: After School Program Manager. Location: Honaunau-Napoopoo, Hawaii, United States (on-site). Kamaʻāina Kids is seeking a part-time After School Program Manager to lead a team of educators who create a safe, engaging, and welcoming after-school environment for school-age children. You will coach staff, partner with families and schools, and oversee daily program operations to help children learn, build friendships, and have fun. What you'll do: Oversee daily operations of an after-school program serving school-age children; Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides; Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and engaged; Plan activities including games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, homework support, outdoor recreation, and team-building; Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners; Manage attendance, staffing, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations; Foster a positive team culture and ensure an exceptional after-school experience.
