The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Build diverse and qualified talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders; collect, organize, and share interview feedback to support informed hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity. Support the offer process and pre-employment checks; assist with onboarding. Requirements include 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment; strong communication and organizational skills; familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
