About the role

Natera is seeking an Account Sales Representative to join its Women's Health sales team. The ASR will provide service and sales support to help drive market adoption and growth. Account Sales Representative

Natera is seeking an Account Sales Representative to join its Women's Health sales team. The ASR will provide service and sales support to help drive market adoption and growth. Qualifications:

Support CFS with a focus on closing business.
Work with assigned CFS to maintain and support existing customers.
Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with emphasis on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
Promote quality client/patient relations and serve as a role model for other employees.
Respect and maintain the confidentiality of laboratory and financial information.
Follow company policies and comply with training requirements.
Perform miscellaneous duties within designated time frames.
Communicate with Natera staff and customers to ensure quality.
Maintain a service-oriented relationship with customers.
Utilize professional skills to deliver excellent customer service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
