The Inizio Evoke Europe (IEE) client services team builds strong, strategic partnerships with our clients, supporting the agency's mission of Health More Human. The client team works in partnership with our clients to deliver bold ideas that truly work.
As a member of the client services team, you will demonstrate the behaviours associated with the IEE values: Tenacious, Accountable, Collaborative, Supportive, Curious, Brave, Driven, Proactive.
Your purpose is to manage projects and support client relationships to ensure accounts run smoothly and remain profitable. The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects, working alongside Client Team colleagues and Project Management/Client Operations to deliver successful projects and maintain strong client partnerships. You will be supported in your learning and development by your team, and you will coach and share knowledge with colleagues across the Client Team and wider agency, helping to build capability and maintain high standards.
Knowledge and skills: - Previous experience in a healthcare communications/marketing agency with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and/or projects. - Strong understanding of the healthcare market, with experience working across multiple client accounts. - Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client re
