Windwalker Security Guards is seeking an Account Manager for our Boston, MA operation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts within a security services environment and demonstrate clear communication, leadership, and the ability to strengthen client relationships and workflow.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with contract staff, ensuring compliance with security standards, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and the company. You will interact with clients and affinity participants such as local and state police and DHS, uphold high standards of professional conduct, and support crisis preparedness and incident response planning. You will provide high-level customer service through daily interactions with students, staff, faculty and visitors at client sites.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old; ability to pass a background check; ability to react quickly to changing environments; capability to respond to security breaches and threats; physical ability to kneel, carry, bend, walk and stand for extended periods; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; ability to be flexible and perform a variety of security duties. Preferred qualifications include: four years’ experience in a similar role; knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment; CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB, or ACT I, II, or III certifications; an Associate degree or greater in Criminal Justice or related studies; prior Account Management experience within a Security portfolio.
