Key Responsibilities: - Client Service & Program Support: assist day-to-day client communications, help manage project timelines and deliverables, participate in client calls, contribute to status updates and coverage reports, support program execution across media relations, awards, speaking and thought leadership campaigns, and research industry trends to identify media or commentary opportunities. - Media & Influencer Relations: build and maintain journalist lists, research new opportunities, draft and send high-quality media pitches and press materials aligned with client goals, monitor and report on media coverage and trends in business, finance, and financial services, and assist in developing and managing clients’ social media amplification strategies, especially on LinkedIn. - Writing & Content Development: draft and edit PR materials including press releases, pitches, blogs, bios, and award submissions; translate complex business or financial topics into clear, engaging stories; ensure consistency in tone
