You will consult with clients on investment options, benefits services, fees, strategies, and goals; review large claims and monthly utilization; evaluate profitability of fee-at-risk proposals; help establish and achieve revenue goals for existing and new business. You will contribute to policy and procedure development and participate in operating and strategic plans within your area of specialty; maintain dependable relationships with carriers and broker networks; oversee issue-resolution between clients and vendors; coordinate market selection for new and renewal business; initiate and track new business reporting; generate new business through cross-selling; negotiate program terms and costs; support day-to-day account servicing and coordination of support services such as claims and loss control; train and mentor junior staff; research industry trends and regulations; and perform other duties as needed.
