This full-cycle, hunter-focused role involves cold outreach, in-person meetings, and close collaboration with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff.

Responsibilities

Meet owners and decision makers in person at their venue to demonstrate the SpotHopper platform and tailor solutions to their needs
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, achieve quota targets, and report on KPIs (quota attainment, highlights, awards)
Travel as needed to cover territory; manage time and activity across multiple meetings daily
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and adoption after close
Represent SpotHopper and the local market in industry events and activities
Compensation for a full Account Executive: year one on-target earnings (OTE) of $100k–$120k (base salary $60k–$80k); many AEs reach $150k–$200k+ by year two
Performance-based equity options
Monthly stipends for operational expenses and for local dining
Healthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance; 401K
Unlimited time off subject to quota performance
