Code for Good is a social impact hackathon hosted by JPMorganChase’s Tech for Social Good team. This program provides software engineering exposure by tackling technology challenges for nonprofits, with travel expenses covered under certain conditions. As an Early Careers Software Engineer Intern, you will help build and optimize digital applications that serve millions globally. You will start with an induction to our technology strategies, products, and engineering community, and you will work in a collaborative team to develop skills, share ideas, and deliver reliable solutions in a modern engineering environment. You will have opportunities to network with peers and senior engineers and participate in mentoring programs, with the possibility of a full-time role after graduation. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and debugging software; writing secure, high-quality code in at least one language; collaborating with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver solutions; and using approved AI development tools with appropriate reviews and secure coding practices.
