Overview: We're a small, fast-moving B2B SaaS company building AI-powered agents that resolve complex, technical customer support tickets for enterprise teams. Our product learns from historical support data, integrates deeply with existing workflows, and handles everything from autonomous ticket resolution to intelligent escalation with full context. As an AI & Backend Engineer, you will own end-to-end features across the full stack, shaping AI-powered capabilities and scaling the architectures that power our agents. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at a company of fewer than 15 people. Visa sponsorship is available.

What you'll do: - Design and implement full-stack product features from idea to production. - Build and enhance AI features, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and agent pipelines. - Collaborate with the team to plan, scope, and launch new capabilities. - Help make internal development workflows AI-native, leveraging AI coding tools to move faster and smarter.

What we're looking for: - 1–4 years of experience in backend or AI engineering (new grads with strong project experience are welcome). - Proven track record shipping backend systems or AI features to production. - Experience designing end-to-end architectures and building AI-powered data or model pipelines. - Hands-on experience with OpenAI models and prompt engineering. - Some experience working with or building AI agents. - Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and/or Firestore (GCP). - Personal hobby projects involving LLMs or other AI topics.
