Responsibilities include developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; tracking progress to manage financials; negotiating and managing contracts; assembling and leading project teams; serving as the primary client contact; handling change requests to minimize negative impact; reviewing work to ensure quality; maintaining project documentation; mentoring junior staff; and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; 8+ years of highway/municipal design experience; 3+ years of project management experience; demonstrated experience with scope, schedule, and budget control; Professional Engineer (PE) license; experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
