Product Engineer role in a growing consumer fintech company building mobile-first financial tools that help everyday users manage cash flow, access earned wages early, and build credit without interest or traditional credit checks. As a Product Engineer, you will work end-to-end across the stack to ship features that have a direct, meaningful impact on users’ financial wellbeing. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business leaders in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you’ll do: - Build product features end-to-end—domain models, business logic, and API integrations—so the product works seamlessly for consumers. - Drive a data-driven, incremental release process toward bold product milestones. - Use SQL and analytics tooling to evaluate product and system performance against robust data pipelines and infrastructure. - Test and debug complex state machines in an event-driven, pub/sub-based backend to ensure a seamless user experience. - Ship to production daily via a rapid CI/CD process, owning implementations end-to-end and responding to production incidents as needed.
