Lead Product Designer – On-site in Vienna, Austria. We are a fast-growing seed-stage European AI SaaS company building intelligent phone assistant software for small and medium-sized businesses across the DACH region and beyond. This role is based in Vienna, Austria (on-site) and visa sponsorship is not available. You will take full ownership of product design, branding, and design team direction (approximately 50% hands-on IC work and 50% people leadership). Design end-to-end product experiences across three product areas in collaboration with Product and Engineering; conduct regular customer interviews with tradespeople, physicians, and professional service providers to build deep domain understanding; develop and evolve the brand across product, web, and marketing touchpoints; set and maintain design standards and ensure consistency across product areas; build and scale design systems to support rapid, high-quality delivery; partner with founders and engineers for fast decision-making and short iteration cycles; ship with high impact through frequent releases and direct customer access; lead and grow the design team covering website, branding, and product design.
