Talent Acquisition Manager role to build and own end-to-end recruiting for a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup, based in Vienna, Austria. You will work closely with the Recruiting Lead and C-level executives to design processes, activate sourcing channels, and secure talent to scale across 45+ open roles. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership position that requires hands-on execution and a strategic hiring mindset.

What you'll do: - Define clear role requirements in alignment with hiring managers. - Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and channel activation. - Conduct efficient pre-screening and screening conversations and document outcomes. - Coordinate all stages of the hiring process to ensure smooth and timely progress. - Negotiate employment contracts through to successful closures. - Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies and operational structures. - Create lean, low-overhead hiring workflows and processes. - Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. - Coordinate external partners such as payroll providers, notaries, and tax advisors within recruiting workflows. - Support onboarding and offboarding as part of the full lifecycle. - Establish HR foundations — processes, tools, and team events — in collaboration with the founding team.
