The Sales Representative is responsible for wet mine sand sales to existing and prospective customers locally, regionally and nationally via truck and rail. This role maintains and develops relationships with current and potential customers, pursues measurable sales targets for price, volume, and mix, and supports the development of strategic plans to increase profitability. The position requires market analysis, competitor monitoring, regular customer site visits, software quote generation and tracking, and reporting of detailed sales activities. The Sales Representative coordinates with Production and Quality Control to support profitable sales and production yields. The market area includes Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, and this role covers wet product sales from Elmore, Luster, Ivey and Edgar. These products include DOT concrete sand, commercial concrete sand, C20 sand, and gravel. Overnight travel is required (~35%). This is an on-site position based at Edgar Minerals, Hawthorne, FL or Ivey Sand Plant, Ivey, GA.
