You will guide customers through the implementation of our intelligent camera system on their parking facilities and ensure they get maximum value from our solution.

What to expect - Smooth onboarding: You will support customers from A to Z during the rollout of our system – via email, phone, or live demos – ensuring a seamless integration on their parking sites. - Day-to-day contact: You will assist customers with product questions and help them use our solution safely and efficiently. - Build strong relationships: Through regular communication you will develop trust with customers and understand their needs. - Team collaboration: You will work closely with Commercial, Product and Engineering teams and relay customer feedback to help improve our product. - Shape processes: You will contribute ideas and help evolve internal workflows and the customer journey.
