This role will be responsible for manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) reconciliations, cost analysis, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and partnership with plant leadership. The position will also provide oversight and mentorship to one accounting team member. Requirements: 3+ years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience; strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and cost allocation methodologies; experience with standard costing, job costing, or process costing; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Infor; strong month-end close and financial reporting experience; advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to explain cost variances and provide operational insights; experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams is preferred. Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States. Employment Type: 6-month contract, on-site. Pay rate: USD 50 - 55 per hour.
