Account Executive position in a Warsaw-based marketing agency, offered on a hybrid basis. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of agency experience who can manage projects from brief to delivery, oversee timelines and quality, and maintain ongoing client relationships. The role involves coordinating activities across teams (creative, strategy, specialists) during campaign execution and ensuring smooth progress of projects. In the first months you will learn the teams, processes, and the client, independently manage projects with support from more experienced colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility for communication and coordination. What we expect: minimum 2 years in a similar role at a marketing agency (preferably with social media and/or digital campaigns); English at least B1; strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously; comfortable client and team communication; ability to leverage AI to support daily work.
