About the role

Our client is expanding their international FMCG footprint and is looking for an International Key Account Manager to drive revenue across European markets. This role is based in Germany with a hybrid work arrangement and offers the opportunity to help shape expansion into new European markets, including Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities - Drive revenue growth of the international retail business; own the country scope and growth trajectory - Lead the commercial agenda in your markets: distribution, assortment, shelf placement, pricing, terms, and promotion planning - Develop and manage a network of distributors, trade partners, and sales agencies while maintaining brand consistency - Lead commercial negotiations and actively shape pricing structures and trade terms - Collaborate closely with Operations (logistics, demand planning) and Marketing (local activation plans) - Track performance, market trends and competition; derive concrete actions - Provide regular forecasts, reporting and strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership
