We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend experience in Custody, Digital Assets, Tokenization, and Blockchain technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a Banking/FinTech environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is on-site and based in Dubai and requires hands-on development using Node.js and/or Java Spring Boot, with exposure to Blockchain platforms, Digital Asset ecosystems, and large language models (LLM). You will collaborate with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery of secure, high-performance systems. Responsibilities include building secure backend services, designing APIs and microservices, ensuring code quality through unit tests, following enterprise engineering standards, and contributing to technology decisions. A strong engineering mindset, experience in regulated financial environments, and the ability to work in Agile teams are essential. Experience with payment platforms or digital banking solutions is a plus.
