We are a fast-growing disaster mitigation company providing 24/7 emergency response for water, fire, mold, and environmental losses. As we expand nationwide, we seek a strong leader to oversee emergency mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion in Sacramento, California.

Role overview: - Lead on-site mitigation operations, directing field crews, coordinating equipment, and managing job sites to ensure safe, timely, and compliant work. - Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, or mold damage to determine required mitigation steps and develop accurate scopes, estimates, and project plans using company software and industry standards. - Mentor and supervise technicians, maintain clear communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams, and ensure exceptional customer service. - Manage projects from kickoff to close-out, monitoring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards, and ensuring proper documentation (notes, photos, moisture logs, reports). - Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and industry regulations (IICRC, OSHA, etc.). - Oversee equipment setup, moisture readings, photo documentation, and job-site verification; review and approve all related documentation. - Monitor KPIs and contribute to process improvements; participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends.
