MCV HR Manager – On-site in Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable labour laws, developing and maintaining HR policies, monitoring changes in UAE labour legislation, and supporting HR audits. Additional duties include leading manpower planning, managing end-to-end recruitment for shore-based staff and supporting recruitment for sea staff, coordinating onboarding, maintaining staffing levels within approved budgets, advising managers on employee relations, managing the annual performance management process, promoting employee engagement, overseeing payroll in collaboration with Finance, supporting salary reviews and promotions, administering benefits, maintaining confidential HR records, managing visa and other employment documentation, reviewing employment contracts, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, supporting career development and succession planning, preparing the annual shore-based headcount budget, monitoring HR expenditure, and producing regular HR reports and workforce statistics.
