Define architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of reliable, state-of-the-art products. Lead and mentor a world-class team of engineers, collaborating with Product Managers, QAs, and Designers to ship new components and features. Champion best practices in engineering and leverage modern AI tooling. Work in a dynamic, international, and agile environment (SCRUM/Kanban) with flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making. Requirements include 10+ years total experience, with 5–6+ years as a Backend Developer, strong leadership, and 5–6+ years in modern backend development (PHP 8+ in scalable, high-load environments). Proficiency with Symfony and Laravel, MySQL and Redis, software architecture and event-driven design.
