Your key responsibilities: - Maintain, improve, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling to support a high-availability, high-demand voice platform. - Design and implement infrastructure automation to reduce manual operations and increase system reliability. - Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform health and performance. - Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalability, maintainability, and optimization of the CoreVoice infrastructure. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives—from deployment workflows to operational runbooks. - Contribute to the evolution of an existing production system while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery.
