Tagvenue is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels for clients across markets. Google Ads is already live and delivering results; you will optimize for incrementality and profitability and help shape the strategy for Meta and potentially other platforms. This role focuses on real sales outcomes and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), rather than vanity metrics. It is a fully remote position reporting to the Head of Marketing.

About the role

Tagvenue is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels for clients across markets. Google Ads is already live and delivering results; you will optimize for incrementality and profitability and help shape the strategy for Meta and potentially other platforms. This role focuses on real sales outcomes and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), rather than vanity metrics. It is a fully remote position reporting to the Head of Marketing.

What you’ll do: - Own the strategy and scaling roadmap for paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, and potentially LinkedIn. - Build and manage account structures across markets with thousands of landing pages. - Implement value-based bidding, feed revenue and LTV signals back into platforms, and measure incremental sales. - Create a KPI-driven reporting system combining platform data with internal sales data. - Run a disciplined testing cycle for campaign messaging; collaborate with SEO to prevent traffic cannibalization. - Leverage AI tools for research, creative variants, reporting automation, and analytics.

What we’re looking for: - 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a track record of owning business results. - Experience running large-scale campaigns across multi-market accounts. - Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; strong attention to detail. - Practical experience with value-based bidding, offline conversions, and revenue/margin optimization. - Ability to design and run incrementality tests; financial and business literacy (CAC, LTV, payback, margin). - AI fluenc
