Frontend Engineering Team Lead – MarTech

As the Team Lead for our Frontend development group, you will drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will lead a team of skilled frontend engineers, ensuring productive collaboration, technical excellence, and reliable delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role combines hands-on coding with line management to help the team grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing: - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers within the Marketing Tech and Social domain. - Define and influence high-level architecture and design decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and code quality. - Lead major migration initiatives, including transitioning the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). - Focus on performance engineering, optimizing Core Web Vitals and technical SEO for high-traffic environments. - Maintain hands-on contribution across coding, architecture, and code reviews while managing the team. - Manage performance, conduct 1-on-1s, drive career development, and allocate work. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and delivery standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, backend engineers, and product teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.

What you'll bring: - 8+ years of frontend software development experience. - 2+ years in a leadership or line-management role. - Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors (Less/Sass), Webpack, and Git. - Experience with state mana
