We’re looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruitment across Roosty’s and help us build the team behind the brand. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand needs, craft compelling job ads, and source great candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, communities, and other channels. You’ll screen candidates with warmth, manage interview processes to be organized, fast, and candidate-friendly, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. You’ll help hiring managers make smart, timely decisions, build talent pipelines, and continuously improve our hiring processes as we scale.
