About the role

Java Full Stack Developer – Web Security. Based in Madrid, Spain, we are seeking a committed professional to join as a Java Full Stack Developer on a hybrid Public Administration project, participating in the full software development lifecycle and in activities related to identifying and resolving web security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure secure development practices and security standards are applied across applications.
Provide technical security consulting and support to development teams.
Coordinate and supervise security-related tasks, deliverables, and activities.
Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities, working closely with technical teams.
Participate in deployments, configurations, and change management from a security perspective.
Experience in technology consulting, requirements gathering, and technical design.
Full stack development with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JSP, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
Design and implementation of microservice-based architectures.
Development and optimization of applications on Oracle databases.
Involvement in the full lifecycle of information systems development.
Identification, analysis, and resolution of web application security vulnerabilities via manual testing and automated tools.
Experience with tools: DAST (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite Enterprise); SAST (SonarQube); SCA tools (Snyk, OWASP Dependency-Check).
Ability to work autonomously on technical decisions.
Ability to document and share knowledge.
