Overview: We are seeking a Java Tech Leader to drive full-stack development for web applications and mentor a cross-functional team. This on-site role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and requires collaboration with France-based managers and engineers. Responsibilities include acting as the technical lead for product APIs and GUI, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software using Java and related technologies for both front-end and back-end components; collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design robust solutions, and implement features that meet business needs; participating in code reviews to ensure coding standards; troubleshooting issues to maintain performance, security, and reliability; staying updated on industry trends and continuously improving technical skills; supervising and mentoring team members to promote innovation and continuous improvement; and managing application APIs and GUI infrastructure, including sizing VMs, patching, security, and upgrades.
