About The Role

As a Product Manager, you will identify customer needs, shape product priorities, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product outcomes. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise opportunities, and ensure product decisions are informed by customer insight, business objectives, and market trends. Main responsibilities:

Define and prioritise product requirements based on customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Define product features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood.
Partner with Engineering to maintain a prioritised product backlog.
Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working.
Be accountable for delivering agreed product improvements in alignment with business priorities.
