Responsibilities

• Work with prospective customers to assess infrastructure requirements and design custom FishOS configurations based on technical fit with their hardware
• Build and maintain relationships with channel and technology partners who extend the Sardina ecosystem
• Run product demos for inbound leads and product opportunities
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback — you’re the main signal source for what gets built
• Support customers through the full cycle: demo, configuration, contracting, and go-live
• Coordinate with the engineering team on delivery, ensuring customer commitments are realistic and met
• Stay current on OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, Ceph, and adjacent market developments

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or a pre-sales role in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure
• Strong technical understanding to work with system architecture and hardware fit — you don’t write code, but you can read a configuration and know what questions to ask
