The successful candidate will monitor project costs against budgets, track change orders, and manage cost variances while collaborating with construction, maintenance, procurement, and accounting teams. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to read drawings and specifications are required. Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
