Senior Platform Engineer, Data Infrastructure
We are hiring for the Impact Platform team at Vinted. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help build a fast, scalable, and low-latency feature flagging and experiment configuration engine that enables hundreds of product and platform engineering teams to safely roll out experiments. The Impact Platform provides foundational infrastructure, self-service APIs, and evaluation tools to support decision-making based on experimental data.
Senior Platform Engineer, Data Infrastructure
We are hiring for the Impact Platform team at Vinted. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help build a fast, scalable, and low-latency feature flagging and experiment configuration engine that enables hundreds of product and platform engineering teams to safely roll out experiments. The Impact Platform provides foundational infrastructure, self-service APIs, and evaluation tools to support decision-making based on experimental data.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-throughput applications, microservices, and APIs for self-service feature flag management, experiment targeting, and variant distribution. You will automate flag creation, targeting rules, traffic allocation, rollout scheduling, and lifecycle management. You will work with Go or Ruby applications and other high-availability platform technologies powering millions of evaluations per second. You will take ownership of code and contribute to core platform services, sidecars, and developer-facing tooling. You will monitor performance and reliability using Kibana, Grafana, Datadog, and Prometheus, and drive architectural improvements. You will collaborate with Product Engineering and Data Science teams to provide seamless integrations and robust APIs for downstream analysis tools.
Who you are: • You have solid backend/data platform engineering experience, particularly in Go and Ruby. • You are familiar with agile, DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and platform reliability. • You have hands-on experience building
