Customer Success Manager position based in Vahrn, Italy. The role focuses on managing BPO client relationships to grow partnerships and develop new business opportunities, working strategically and commercially, and supporting account leads by developing and managing active opportunities. You will provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, build relationships and account plans within existing and target accounts, and evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional services. The role includes preparing regular analyses of cost, quality, productivity, client satisfaction and identifying trends, opportunities, issues, and successes; designing and delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports to senior management; managing procurement relationships and negotiating commercial contracts; providing leadership and project oversight for initiatives including scope statements, budgets, project plans, business requirements, testing and implementation. You will use data analytics to identify key trends and collaborate with the management team to propose solutions, and you will negotiate rates and prices with clients.
