Overview The Inside Sales Representative will perform daily sales and counter/warehouse operations to support branch profitability, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate service in accordance with company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers at the counter, by phone, and electronically - Accurately enter customer orders and process transactions efficiently - Support branch profitability by applying pricing policies and margin guidelines - Promote branch activities, events, and product offerings through social media and in-store initiatives - Coordinate and support promotions and merchandise displays - Order materials and replenish stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels - Support outside sales personnel as needed to meet business demands - Communicate order status, changes, and delivery information to customers - Pick, stage, and load customer orders safely and accurately - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations
