5+ years of professional full-stack web development; experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap; backend experience with Java/Kotlin and Node.js; experience building on AWS with Docker and Git; ability to translate high-fidelity UX designs from Figma into production; strong emphasis on testable code, API design, and unit/integration testing; comfortable in an agile, team-based setting; passion for user success and product adoption.
