Apple is seeking a Product Manager for Apple Store Online who will own a product portfolio and partner cross-functionally to strategize and deliver initiatives that drive a world-class customer experience. You will build new applications or features used by customers and Retail Contact Center (RCC) Specialists, develop a deep understanding of the customer online journey and RCC community, and design solutions that may include Generative AI and large language model capabilities. You will collaborate with project management, engineering, AIML, design, and operations teams to ideate and implement generative solutions within the contact center infrastructure, enhancing how we route engagements, enable Omnichannel and multimodal experiences, personalize interactions for Specialists and customers, and accelerate ramp time for specialists.

Preferred qualifications: Experience in e-commerce environments, especially order and support processes, contact center applications and processes; deep knowledge of SDLC and product/project management methodologies (PMP, SCRUM/Agile, Waterfall); understanding of applying AI in a contact center; ability to lead technical dis
