Main purpose of the role: Serve as the first line of communication and support Account Executives and Management in achieving branch and company goals by emphasizing our main features, assisting with quotes and contracts, and coordinating credit terms; support the Account Executive in preparing for customer meetings as needed. Major areas of responsibility include building and maintaining customer relationships through prompt service and troubleshooting; entering new customer data and other sales information into the CRM; compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on CRM leads, market statistics, trade shows, direct email responses, card deck leads, internet sites, and other sources; making outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads for Sales Account Executives.
