Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee oilfield service projects supporting wellhead, production, completions, and related field operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and field teams.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple oilfield service projects from kickoff through completion while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal operations teams. - Develop project schedules, coordinate labor and equipment, and adjust resources based on operational demands. - Oversee field operations involving wellhead services, valve work, torque and test services, production support, completions, and related activities. - Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed efficiently. - Monitor project costs, labor utilization, equipment usage, and overall project performance. - Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and applicable safety regulations. - Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and minimize operational downtime. - Prepare project updates, financial reports, and project closeout documentation for management and clients. - Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.
