Senior Customer Service Sales Representative – On-site in Somerville, Massachusetts. This on-site, part-time role provides a world-class customer experience across the full customer journey, including assisting with register opening and closing procedures, cash handling and audits, processing purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions, and protecting cash and negotiable documents. The position also covers replenishing merchandise, maintaining store layout and floor stock, and monitoring fitting rooms, with knowledge of product promotions and POS instructions.
