Systems Products and Solutions, Inc. (SPS) is seeking a Program Manager (contingent upon award) to lead contractor operations supporting the U.S. Army's Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft Program Office. The role oversees a complex, multi-disciplinary contract delivering acquisition, logistics, engineering, technical, business, and program management services for one of the Army's top modernization priorities. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with Government leadership (KO and COR), ensuring contract performance, workforce management, quality assurance, schedule execution, staffing, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading all personnel on the program, coordinating day-to-day management of a geographically distributed, multi-functional team, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, maintaining required security clearances and training, and monitoring performance, costs, schedule, staffing, risks, and deliverables. The position also oversees transition activities, surge staffing, continuity of operations, and the preparation of contract status reports, progress metrics, and executive briefings; supports Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), program reviews, and customer meetings; and maintains effective communications with Government stakeholders and senior company leadership.
